Meeting and pickup:

We will meet directly in front of the main entrance of CONDO "BRISAS DE VALLARTA" on Calle Lázaro Cárdenas. Your guide arrives 10 mins before the tour to check you in. Please do not arrive 30 minutes early, as no one will be at the meeting point yet. 

Ending point:

Our morning walking tour wraps up right here at Coco Bichi on the beach. After enjoying our final tastings, you are perfectly situated by the Bucerias main square to explore the local area, hang out at the beach, or easily catch a taxi back to your stay.

Arrival & Late Policy: 

Please note that we must start punctually at 11:00 AM. Fortunately, our meeting point is easy to find, located right on the main street of Bucerías' Zona Dorada. If you need any extra assistance getting there, please reach out—we'll be more than happy to help! If you do happen to get lost or run late on the day of the tour, please stay in touch. You are always welcome to join the group in progress if we have already started.

• The tour includes one bottle of water per guest to keep you hydrated during our walk.

• Gratuities are not included. Our guides make their living by providing great experiences, and tips are always appreciated if you enjoyed the tour.

Excluded:

• The tour includes one bottle of water per guest. Any additional beverages such as extra water, beer, margaritas, or other drinks can be purchased directly at the stops.

• Transportation to the starting point and from the ending point is not included.

• Cash in Pesos or USD: For any additional food, drinks, or alcohol purchases along the way.

• Gratuity for Your Guide: Cash in Pesos or USD if you wish to tip your guide for exceptional local service.

• Comfortable Walking Shoes: We will be exploring the neighborhood on foot, so comfortable shoes are highly recommended!

• Extra Water: Feel free to bring an additional bottle of water if you like, though your guide will be providing bottled water during the tour.

We happily accommodate most food allergies, vegetarian, and gluten-free preferences. Please let us know when booking so we can arrange the perfect substitutions with our local vendors.

Vegan Lifestyles: Please note that because our experiences highlight authentic regional Mexican street food, our tours are unfortunately not suitable for Vegan or strict Plant-Based lifestyles.

We want your experience with Vallarta Taco Tour to be as stress-free as possible! Our direct booking cancellation policy perfectly aligns with standard global travel platforms:

Free Cancellations (24+ Hours Notice): You will receive a 100% full refund if you cancel your tour at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time.

Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable, as we have already committed to and pre-purchased your food helpings from our local vendors.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Tours canceled fewer than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund, but they can be rescheduled for a $10 USD rebooking fee per guest. Tours that have been rebooked are final and cannot be refunded.

No-Shows: Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour time or are not present when the tour leaves the starting point are considered "No-Shows." Because we keep a punctual schedule, No-Shows are not eligible for a refund, rescheduling, or credit.

Running Late? If you are running late or get lost, please stay in touch! While we must start the tour punctually at 11:00 AM, you are absolutely welcome to call us and join the group in progress at our next stop.

Rain or Shine: Unless mandated by the national weather authority, our tours run rain or shine. Tours will not be canceled once they have started. Guests who choose to leave or abandon a tour for any reason once it is underway are not eligible for a refund, rescheduling, or credit.

Gift Cards: All Gift Cards, Gift Certificates are strictly non-refundable.

Private & Custom Tours: Custom or private group tours are subject to specific cancellation terms agreed upon during booking.
